Turning 2!

Sunday evening we had a party for Aiden's 2nd birthday.
Our guests were: Grandma & Grandpa Prewit, Grandma & Grandpa Little, Great Grandma Keith, Jim & Jan Sipes, and Todd & Kari Wallentine.

He was given lots of great gifts and really got into unwrapping and putting on a little show. He was acting like quite the goof ball.

His monkey cake -- It didn't turn out exactly how I pictured it but still cute.
Some of his clothes he got, doesn't he look like he is looking at Jan and saying "Thanks for the shorts."
We got him a Cabbage Patch Newborn. They don't tell you what it is on the box, its a "surprise". He got a baby girl named Lennie Grace. We'll find out in a couple weeks if our newborn will be twins with his newborn.
Blowing out the candles.
Chocolate ice cream dropped on his pants, he's apparently did not want to waste a drop!
If you think he is throwing a tantrum here, he is not. KoolAid spilled on the table and dripped on the floor, Aiden was sucking it up for us. He really was acting like a goof ball that day.

Elton John and Billy Joel Concert

Charla called me Wednesday morning with 2 Bilyl Joel/Elton John concert tickets so I drove down last night just in time for the concert and then quickly drove back hom. Long day but so worth it.

They started the concert with the pianos facing each other and they took turns playing each others songs. Then Elton John played for an hour (about 45 minutes too long for me, we were BORED), then Billy Joel played for about an hour, then they came back out with the pianos facing each other again.

Billy Joel was really entertaining. I enjoy him a lot.

Some very very shakey videos will be coming soon...

I don't know what he did...

but it couldn't have been too bad.

Adam surprised me with an orange rose on Monday.

The Boys New Game

This was originally just Xavier's game but all the boys joined in Saturday morning.
Every Saturday, Damon and Xavier bring up their sheets and blankets to be washed. And every Saturday, Xavier hides in the blankets and waits (sometimes for 20+ minutes) for Adam to pick him up and try to him in the washer.
So here is Damon in the top left, Xavier in the top right and Aiden down at the bottom crawling in.
First Xavier goes in, then Aiden, then Damon.

They loved it! I have a feeling all boys will be participating each week now.
