I'm the saddest girl in the world!

My five first boyfriends, Joe, Jon, Donnie, Jordan, and Danny are going to be in Wichita on July 3...the EXACT SAME DAY of the Little Family Reunion.

Is it wrong to totally reschedule the reunion so I can see NKOTB in concert again???

Just FYI, I'm planning on being very bitter that day. So watch out Littles!

For the party goers...

The Meaning of Google

"Googol" is the mathematical term for a 1 followed by 100 zeros. The term was coined by Milton Sirotta, nephew of American mathematician Edward Kasner, and was popularized in the book, "Mathematics and the Imagination" by Kasner and James Newman. Google's play on the term reflects the company's mission to organize the immense amount of information available on the web.

Hamburgers

We went out to lunch yesterday and Xavier started to tell us about a girl in his class who's dad is in jail. (The word we are looking for here is...anyway...) Damon says, "Oh she won't ever be able to have hamburgers." "What?" with puzzled looks was everyone's reaction in our family. He then explained that Dads are the ones that grill hamburgers so since her dad is in jail there is no possible way she could have a hamburger.

We then went on to talk about how its the dads job to clean the bathrooms and do the dishes and take out the trash and mow the lawn and that he needs to remember that when he becomes a dad. (Our future daughters-in-law better appreciate this good childrearing we are are doing.)

Damon decided that those would all be things, especially the bathrooms, that his kids would do.

Adam told him that was a great idea.

What would you do?

So what would you do when you have a fussy baby on a long car ride? My answer...you tickle him until he can barely breathe.

Branson!

We drove into Branson late on Thursday. We stayed at the "Boxcar Willie Inn". It was pretty nice for the great deal I got on the Internet. Donuts for breakfast every morning was perfect for 4 out of 5 (Xavier's not a big donut eater, he preferred the waffles). The only thing that annoyed me is I searched all over Branson for an indoor pool which ours did, but it wasn't heated. So we didn't have too much swimming.

Friday we met the family and went miniature golfing at Pirate's Cove. Grandma Little beat everyone with 5 holes in one...seriously, 5! I think everyone had at least one except for poor Jessica. Xavier and I got a hole in one on hole 14 which just happened to be the one that you get a free round of golf so we got gold coins for a free round the next time.

After our family and Dayne, Jessica, Shawnee, and Kayson along with Grandma and Grandpa Little took the kids to a little amusement park in Branson. The boys had a great time riding everything...hopefully that means they are through with their fear of rides!

Saturday rained most of the day. We used that time for shopping...man did I get good deals for me!...and then we went to the Toy Museum. It was fun to find toys that we had growing up. Also slightly depressing to see toys that I played with in a MUSEUM!

Sunday we went to Sacrament meeting. There are a lot of "Mormon family" shows in Branson now and half of them were in the ward we were in. The funniest part was the announcement of the Ward Talent Show...there is no way I would be participating in a talent show with paid professionals. No thanks!

Since Aiden is still learning to walk he has bumped into a lot of things making his little face look a little abused. He had a big bruse on his face from when we were at my parents. Then in the hotel he fell and got a cut right above his eye. Then at the condo he got pushed into the chimney and got a fat lip. Poor baby, looks like he was in a bad fight. But we are sure the other baby looked worse.

More Zoo...

We went to the Sunset Zoo on Thursday with some friends. We also went to see the hyenas, unfortunately all the emails I received from the city about seeing the new hyenas were all LIES since they are not out yet. Stupid city emails. Didn't they know my kids would be bugging me for the past two weeks, "When are we going to see the hyenas?"

Polite

The boys got to ride a small, very small, ferris wheel today in Branson. Tonight as we were driving Xavier started talking about riding on a big ferris wheel one day.
And just maybe it would be so high that it would go into the sky and see God.
And he says, "Then I could say, 'Hello God.'"
So I ask, "What do you think God would say back?"
"God would say hi back because God's polite."
